“App blocked to protect your device”? Expected — Play Protect says that about any app from outside the Play Store.
Play Store → your picture → Play Protect → gear → turn scanning off → install → turn it back on.

Settings → Apps → zipt → three dots, top right → Allow restricted settings → back to Accessibility and flip it. The setup screen has a button that takes you there.
Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO, OPPO, vivo, OnePlus, realme? Your phone keeps its own list of apps allowed to run after a restart. If zipt is not on it, restarting the phone quietly stops scheduled blocks.
Security → Permissions → Autostart (Auto-launch, on some phones). Setup asks for this on its own screen — it is not the same switch as the battery one.
The phone will still be here. That has never been the problem.
